You serious? I better recheck, but I remember yesterday that the scrambler rifle couldn't charge and release weak projectiles at the same time in rapid succession.

The question is "Why is there a 2 sec delay between the charged shot being fired and the other consecutive shots"

That "two second delay" is the aperture of the rifle closing back down to its normal operating size, though I'd say two seconds is a bit of a stretch - I'd say it is more of a half second to a second delay but overall the delay is not long enough to be bothersome.

So there was a nerf? I'm confused because before the scrambler rifle wasn't like that. You are making me doubt Aero's response now. Anyway I must get in-game and check if the Imperial works fine like Aero said.

Ah thank you, I was actually using the "Scrambler rifle" on that day, so that must be it. I use the Imperial more often, so maybe that's why I noticed something wrong when I switched to the Standard version. Yup, that's what I figured when it happened to me. Honestly it's one of those things that back when you could only use the standard scrambler rifle you didn't really notice since you didn't know any better, but after extensive use of the superior models you wonder how you ever survived without them.
